I'm working with an established, independently owned property consultancy with a strong reputation across the South East. They're looking for an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor to join their Crawley team and play a key role in the continued growth of the office.
The role offers a broad mix of professional and project-based building surveying work, alongside the opportunity to lead and develop a small, high-performing team. You'll work with a varied client base including private clients, developers and investors, while mentoring junior Surveyors and supporting those progressing through their APC.
