Role Overview
- Lead and manage projects, acting as Contract Administrator or Project Manager.
- Handle instructions valuing up to £100 million.
- Provide professional services as required, including dilapidations, party wall matters, and building surveys.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior staff, contributing to the firm's growth and success.
Candidate Profile
- Be MRICS qualified with a relevant RICS‑accredited degree in building surveying.
