What You’ll Be Doing
This is a client-facing position offering real variety and responsibility. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working across sectors including commercial, public, education, and healthcare.
- Delivering high-quality building surveying and project management services
- Contract administration and advising on JCT contracts
- Managing projects from concept to completion
- Preparing specifications and technical reports
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- Ensuring projects meet commercial, quality, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying (or similar)
- MRICS (or working towards / equivalent experience)
- Strong technical delivery and project management experience
- Solid knowledge of JCT contracts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident client-facing professional with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver high standards
