Associate Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London | Salary: Up to £95,000 + Package
A well-established construction management consultancy in Central London is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join its growing cost management team.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regarded consultancy that advises major developers, investors and occupiers on some of London\’s most prominent commercial, residential and hotel developments.
You will play a key role in providing strategic cost and commercial advice, managing client relationships and supporting the delivery of complex projects from early-stage feasibility through to completion.
The opportunity:
As an Associate, you will take a leading role in project delivery while helping to develop client relationships and support the continued growth of the London office.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic cost management and commercial advice to clients
- Lead cost planning and financial management across projects
- Manage projects through all stages of the development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Work collaboratively with project management and advisory teams
About you:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- MRICS preferred (or working towards)
- Consultancy experience delivering projects within commercial, residential or hotel sectors
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
