We are working with a leading client-side / consultancy organisation to appoint an Associate Director, Project Manager to take a senior leadership role on a landmark £100m+ refurbishment and enhancement scheme based in Central London. This is a post-contract appointment, offering full responsibility for leading delivery on site and managing a Tier 1 main contractor, alongside consultant teams and senior stakeholders.
