The Opportunity

As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will:

• Work alongside experienced chartered building surveyors, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of sectors
• Support and contribute to full lifecycle surveying solutions, including technical due diligence, design, and contract administration
• Assist in preparing specifications, schedules of condition, dilapidations, and party wall matters
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, developing strong professional relationships
• Gain exposure to project management, supporting the delivery of refurbishment and new-build schemes
• Receive full APC support, mentorship, and structured training to progress towards chartered status

About You

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Building Surveyor who:

• Holds a degree in building surveying or a related discipline
• Has a keen interest in progressing towards MRICS chartership
• Is a proactive problem solver with strong communication and organisational skills
• Has some experience in building surveying, either through previous roles or placements (preferred but not essential)
• Is eager to develop technical knowledge and progress within a leading consultancy
