Principal Recruitment Consultant (Property) required to join a busy and rapidly growing property and construction recruitment firm. We are looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help develop a thriving business. We are a market-leading recruitment consultancy providing executive search and strategy recruitment solutions to clients and candidates throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on our deep understanding of the industry and our long-standing relationships with our clients.
The role
You will work in a vertical market in the construction and property sector, delivering a client focused solution. The nature of our industry is that it is a candidate short market, so the position suits someone who is thorough in research, not afraid to pick up the phone and is inquisitive by nature. You will need to be focused, articulate, proactive and full of drive and energy to further expand not only this growing practice area but the wider business.
