This opportunity offers the chance to work on a portfolio of significant commercial development projects across the London, Oxford, Birmingham Cambridge, one of the most exciting and dynamic regions in the UK property market.
The Role:
You will take a lead role in delivering a range of high-profile commercial schemes from inception through to completion. These projects span the office, life sciences, and mixed-use sectors, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. You’ll be working within a collaborative team environment, managing stakeholders, risk, programme, and project delivery for top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management on multiple commercial developments
- Client and stakeholder engagement at senior level
- Risk, procurement, and contract administration
- Leadership and mentoring of junior team members
- Ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
The Ideal Candidate:
- MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent professional qualification
