Senior Project Manager

We’re partnering with an ambitious and well-established consultancy in Northamptonshire that is continuing to expand its offering across a number of sectors particularly within student accommodation, leisure and high end residential sectors.
Due to growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in delivering high-quality schemes and supporting the development of the team.
Projects will range in scale and complexity, giving you the autonomy to lead from feasibility through to completion, while maintaining full control over programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management.
What They’re Looking For
- Chartered status (MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM or equivalent)
- Strong track record delivering projects across all RIBA stages (0–7)
- Consultancy-side experience
- Proven experience within residential, student accommodation or later living sectors
- Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects and support wider team development
