We're working with a well-established, employee-focused property and construction consultancy that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering some of the UK's most complex and high-profile developments. It's a consultancy that has enjoyed steady growth without losing the collaborative, people-first culture that has made it such a successful place to build a career.

With a strong presence across London and the wider South East, the business works with many of the country's leading developers, investors, occupiers and institutional clients. Their project portfolio is diverse, covering commercial offices, life sciences, mixed-use developments, research facilities and large-scale regeneration schemes, with projects ranging from complex refurbishments through to landmark new-build developments.

Rather than operating in rigid teams, the consultancy encourages collaboration across disciplines, giving Project Managers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in building consultancy, planning, cost consultancy and other specialist services. It's an environment where people are trusted, supported and given the autonomy to deliver work to a high standard while continuing to develop professionally.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering commercial development projects from initial feasibility through to completion. You'll take ownership of projects, manage client relationships, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure successful delivery across programme, budget and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects from inception through to completion.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.

  • Leading project meetings and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Managing programme, risk, procurement and contract administration.

  • Monitoring project performance, budgets and reporting.

  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.

  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest professional standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a consultancy environment and takes pride in building strong client relationships.

You'll ideally have:

  • MRICS, MCIOB or an equivalent professional qualification.

  • Experience delivering commercial construction projects within a consultancy.

  • A proven track record of managing projects through the full project lifecycle.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to lead project teams.

  • Flexibility to travel between London and other regional project locations when required.

Why Join?

This is a consultancy that genuinely invests in its people. Career progression isn't based on time served but on ability, and you'll be given the support, exposure and responsibility needed to continue developing your career.

Alongside working on some of the UK's most interesting commercial developments, you'll benefit from:

  • A collaborative, down-to-earth working culture where everyone's contribution is valued.

  • Exposure to high-profile projects across commercial, life sciences and mixed-use sectors.

  • Clear opportunities for progression into Associate and leadership positions.

  • Flexible and hybrid working that supports a healthy work-life balance.

  • A business that values quality, integrity, long-term relationships and doing the right thing for both clients and employees.

  • Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
