You will be MRICS qualified or working towards Chartership and will have solid experience within a construction consultancy environment. You will be confident in client-facing delivery, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication are essential, alongside a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving. Experience using industry-standard surveying tools and software is expected, and an interest or background in sustainability and building performance would be advantageous.
