We are representing a best-in-class consultancy with openings for x2 Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyors who are looking to develop through to chartership in a supportive, high-performing environment. The consultancy works for developers and institutional investors, focused on commercial projects leading office refurbs, cut and carve, and larger developments.
Pre-acquisition advice, Technical Due Diligence, and Dilapidations are the primary focus of the workload in addition to Project Management responsibilities. This role would suit someone who is client-facing, offers exacting advice, and wants to be rewarded and recognised for it. This role also offers the ideal platform to develop your technical skills and gain wider exposure across professional services within Building Surveying.
You’ll work alongside experienced, industry-leading chartered building surveyors who take your APC journey seriously, offering the right structured guidance and professional support to achieve your career goals.

What we’re looking for:
- A Graduate or Assistant-level Building Surveyor
- Ideally enrolled on or working towards their APC pathway
