An established, highly regarded consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team delivering a major infrastructure programme in London. Working within a PMO environment, this role offers exposure to complex, high-profile delivery while maintaining a strong consultancy-led, collaborative culture.
You will play a key role in cost planning, cost control and expenditure reporting, supporting informed decision-making at programme level. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS who enjoys working close to both the client and the project, while benefiting from the structure and progression of a larger consultancy platform.
Responsibilities- Operate as part of the PMO, supporting programme-wide cost planning and financial reporting
- Monitor and report on project expenditure, forecasts, and variances
- Support cost assurance, change control and commercial governance processes
- Work under NEC contracts, providing commercial insight and advice
- Engage with stakeholders across client, consultant and delivery teams
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)
- Strong experience in infrastructure or major projects
- Solid working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Confident producing cost plans, reports and expenditure analysis in a PMO or programme-led environment
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within a small, high-performing team
- Flexible to work between office and site locations in London
