We are recruiting for a Junior CDM Advisor / Principal Designer with 6–24 months experience to join our Croydon team advising on 2015 CDM regulations and delivering a health & safety service to clients across London and the South East. The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, healthcare, leisure, arts and mixed‑use projects on a regional basis.
Responsibilities- Offer a variety of health & safety services to a diverse client base across the built environment.
- Manage the H&S file, review construction phase plans, maintain pre‑construction information and conduct design risk reviews.
- Attend design team and client meetings and provide risk‑related advice.
- Deliver CDM Advisor services to clients.
- Ensure all RAMS are in place on projects.
- Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
- Develop new and existing client relationships.
- NEBOSH Construction or equivalent.
- Professional membership to IOSH and APS (desirable).
- Good knowledge and hands‑on experience of 2015 CDM Regulations and associated documentation.
- Experience in the property & construction sector within the last 24 months in an H&S capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Competitive salary up to £45,000 with annual reviews.
