I’m currently working with a highly regarded, independent property consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor or Partner to join their established Building Consultancy team in Milton Keynes.

This is a genuine opportunity for an ambitious MRICS Building Surveyor who is looking for the next step in their career, with a clear opportunity to progress towards Partner and play a key role in the continued growth of the team.

  • The role will cover a broad range of commercial and industrial work, including:
  • Building and acquisition surveys
  • Technical due diligence
  • Dilapidations and schedules of condition
  • PPM and planned maintenance
  • Refurbishment projects
  • Contract administration
  • Project management
  • Specifications, tenders and cost advice

Alongside the technical work, you’ll have the opportunity to develop existing client relationships, win new business, build your own network and help grow the wider Building Surveying team.

  • I’m particularly interested in speaking with Building Surveyors who have:
  • MRICS status and strong commercial/industrial experience
  • A consultancy-side background
  • Strong technical Building Surveying experience
  • Good client management and business development skills
  • Experience mentoring or managing others
  • The ambition to progress towards Partner

The package includes

  • Car allowance

  • Up to 8% matched pension
  • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday
  • Private medical cover
  • Agile/flexible working
  • Strong professional development and progression opportunities

This is a role for someone who wants to have a genuine influence on the growth of a business and build towards a senior leadership position, rather than simply make another move.
