This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the Leeds office and work across a varied commercial portfolio, delivering a balanced mix of professional and project services.
The opportunity:
- Delivery of professional building surveying services across commercial property
- Project work including refurbishments, fit-outs and capital works
- Building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence
- Dilapidations acting for landlords and tenants
- Planned preventative maintenance and lifecycle reporting
- Direct client contact and responsibility for managing instructions
- Working across office, industrial and retail assets
- Collaboration with colleagues across well-appointed regional offices
About you:
- 0–3 years post-qualification experience
- Experience in commercial property (offices, industrial and/or retail)
- Comfortable undertaking both professional and project work
- Client-facing, proactive and technically sound
