We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a high-profile workplace project for a global technology-led organisation. This role will suit someone with a strong background in design and build, refurbishment and fit-out projects, who also has a keen eye for detail and proven experience in managing FF&E procurement — particularly furniture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the delivery of a workplace refurbishment and fit-out project from concept through to completion
  • Managing budgets, programmes and stakeholder expectations
  • Taking responsibility for FF&E procurement — including sourcing, purchasing and coordinating delivery/installation of furniture packages
  • Working closely with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are achieved
  • Acting as a key point of contact between the client and wider project teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within design & build, workplace, fit-out or refurbishment projects
  • Strong background in FF&E procurement, especially furniture purchasing and supplier management
  • A good eye for design detail, quality and finish
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to balance budgets, timescales and client needs
  • Degree qualified or equivalent in construction, project management, design or related field (preferred but not essential)
