- Experience advising lenders, banks, debt funds or institutional investors

About you
You will be commercially minded and comfortable building relationships with lenders and developers. The business is not looking for someone with a ready-made book of business on day one. More important is the ability to manage clients well, develop relationships over time and contribute to the growth of the team. There is genuine scope to take on greater responsibility as the team develops.
Package
- £65,000–£75,000 for an experienced Senior Surveyor
- Up to circa £85,000 at Associate level depending on experience and package
- Performance-related bonus linked to fee income
