About you:

  • Experienced in early-stage development management for large-scale or complex construction projects (£50m+).
  • Strong understanding of planning processes, feasibility analysis, and design coordination.
  • Fluent in French, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (construction, project management, engineering, or real estate).
  • Comfortable operating in an international, bilingual project environment, with regular travel between London and Paris.
