Work to a manage and developing account strategy.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including headhunting, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries and disciplines.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to optimise recruitment strategies and processes.

To join us as a senior recruitment consultant or principal recruitment consultant, your skills and experience should include:
Proven experience in recruitment with a track record of success in achieving targets and building a business area/ desk.
Familiarity with recruitment software.
