Job Description
Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Tower Bridge, London
Salary: Up to £70,000+ DOE
We are looking for a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to work for in Central London for developers and institutional investors. Focused on commercial projects, leading office refurbs, cut and carve and larger developments.
Pre-acquisition advice, Technical Due Dilligence and Dilapidations are the primary focus of the workload in addition with Project Management responsibilities. This role would suit someone who is client facing, offers exacting advice and wants to be rewarded and recognised for it.
Your work will include:
• Feasibility and strategic advice that shapes client decisions
• Managing projects from start to finish
• Contract administration on smaller schemes
• Procurement advice to support successful delivery
• Project monitoring to manage progress and risk
• Opportunities to support with dilapidations, pre-acquisition advice and TDD
