We are recruiting for a leading property consultancy who is seeking a chartered building surveyor with experience in commercial property and dealing with private clients. If you enjoy managing large scale projects, TDD, dilapidations and business development, then the following is for you.
You will be working alongside a specialist and traditional building surveying team, where you will be responsible for leading instructions across the midlands. You will work closely with the project partners and play a vital role managing key relationships within the private sector.
The workload will be made up of dilapidations, TDD, technical advisory, project monitoring and project management. You will also encompass dilapidations, building surveys, pre-acquisition surveys to name a few. You will be heavily involved with the delivery of these instructions and will be seen as your client’s trusted advisor, managing a small team.
You will be a chartered building surveyor (MRICS) with proven experience in dilapidations and project related matters. It is important that you have experience in dealing with private sector clients and have managed projects valued from £1 to £10m. The opportunity will be client facing, so it is imperative that you are confident in dealing with clients directly and are able to provide concise commercial advice.
Basic Salary £55,000 – £67,000 + car allowance – 25 days holiday – Pension 6% – Mobile Phone / Laptop – Cycle to work scheme – Season Ticket loans & More.
