Are you an experienced Project Management professional ready to step into a senior leadership role within a growing, forward-thinking construction consultancy? We’re partnering with an ambitious and well-established consultancy in Northamptonshire that is continuing to expand its footprint across the residential sector. Due to sustained growth, they are looking to appoint an Associate Director – Project Management to play a key role in delivering high-quality schemes and supporting the development of the team.
The Opportunity
- You’ll take the lead on a diverse portfolio of projects across:
- Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA)
- Later living / retirement schemes
- Residential developments
What They’re Looking For
- Chartered status (MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM or equivalent)
- Strong track record delivering projects across all RIBA stages (0–7)
- Consultancy-side experience
- Proven experience within residential, student accommodation or later living sectors
- Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects and support wider team development
