Job Description
We are working with a leading construction and property organisation on the appointment of a Project Manager to establish the PMO function for a major development.
This role is focused on the early stages of the project lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on project controls and data capture. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing robust programme, cost, and reporting information to support the wider project team as the development moves forward.
The position would suit a Project Manager operating at Associate level, with experience working in a PMO or project controls environment on large or complex construction or development projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting early-stage project setup within the PMO
- Capturing and managing programme and cost data
- Supporting planning, risk, and change control processes
- Producing accurate reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
- Working closely with planners, cost managers, and delivery teams
- Helping embed consistent project controls and governance processes
