Job Description

Senior/ Associate Building Surveyor

Up to £75,000 + Package + Bonus

North Kent

Excellent opportunity to lead and grow a successful service line within a leading multidisciplinary practice.

An established, forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their North Kent office, taking a key role in driving the continued growth of their Building Surveying offering across the region.

The firm already enjoys a strong reputation and healthy pipeline of Building Surveying work across its network of offices throughout the South. The Dartford office has a well-established client base and significant fee income in this discipline, providing an excellent platform for an ambitious surveyor to spearhead and shape further expansion locally.

The Role:

  • Lead and develop the Building Surveying service within the N. Kent office.
  • Deliver a broad range of professional and project services across private and public sectors.
  • Manage existing client relationships and help win new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other discipline leads across the region to strengthen cross-service delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team as the service line grows.

About you:

  • Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), ideally with post-qualification experience at Senior or Associate level.
  • Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and build client relationships.
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with the drive to help grow a regional service line.
