Role: CDM/H&S Consultant Location: London (Essex) Sector: Property & Construction Salary: £50,000-£60.000 Carriera are representing a highly reputable consultancy for their growing office in South London, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join their CDM / H&S team as a CDM / H&S Consultant. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing CDM consultancy services under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. Additionally, you will act as a Client Advisor, Principal Designer, and Principal Designer Advisor. You will also provide advisory services under the Building Safety Act 2022 and all relevant health and safety legislation.
