Role: Chartered Architect Location: London Sector: Property & Construction Salary: £70,000 + industry leading benefits package Carriera are working with a leading property and construction consultancy based in London who are currently recruiting for a chartered architect on the RIBA register or Senior principal designer with CMAPS/IMAPS/APS who will champion the design and the building safety act 2022 regulations for the office. The successful candidate will be working on a diverse portfolio of residential, education, mixed use, care home, healthcare, commercial and regeneration projects across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Principal designer/Architect to join a forward thinking medium sized consultancy who are going through an exciting period of growth. The Architect Or Principal Designer will carry out duties in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA), working with Housing Association and Local Authority clients.
