The role ensures that local trainers, master technicians and country champions are technically enabled to safely commission, service and troubleshoot Carrier’s most complex commercial systems, in line with business priorities, new product launches and service growth objectives.The trainer drives a continuous learning approach by monitoring and supporting trained populations over time, providing follow‑up coaching and refresher interventions as needed, and delivering ongoing technical mentorship to technicians in the field to secure sustained competence and performance.Key responsabilities Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to country trainers and technical champions across Europe.Certify trainers on priority HVAC technologies to ensure successful local deployment and knowledge
