This role combines office-based technical support with occasional customer site visits, workshop activities, and participation in training and industry events.## Key Responsibilities* Provide technical support to installers, dealers, and customers via telephone and email.* Manage the Technical Support inbox, ensuring enquiries are responded to accurately and within agreed service levels.* Investigate technical issues and produce detailed technical reports and recommendations.* Carry out customer site visits to provide on-site technical support and resolve product-related issues.* Prepare documentation and paperwork required for invoicing site visits.* Perform hands-on technical work within the workshop, including product inspections, testing, and fault diagnosis when required.* Participate in the Technical Support on-call phone rota to provide out-of-hours assistance as required.* Support the preparation and delivery of PP Technical Training sessions.* Assist with the setup, maintenance, and operation of technical display equipment for exhibitions, demonstrations, and customer events.* Maintain accurate technical records and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical support processes.* Work collaboratively with internal departments, including Service, Sales, Training, and Product Management, to deliver effective customer solutions.* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.## What You'll Bring* Experience in a technical support, service engineering, or HVAC-related role.* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.* Excellent customer service and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Good report writing and documentation skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for customer site visits when required.* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality technical support. **Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is between £24,785.00-£49,420.00 annually.
