Viessmann is now looking for a Renewables Product Manager who will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the Toshiba, Carrier and Viessmann product portfolio for airâtoâwater heat pumps and solar energy systems (PV and/or thermal). This role ensures the commercial success and technical relevance of these products in line with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. Acting as the key interface between factory, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, the Product Manager drives innovation, market positioning, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
- Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Develop and implement goâtoâmarket plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to endâofâlife, ensuring products remain competitive and meet customer expectations.
- Develop and manage the product line's budget, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Industry experience in Heating/installations & understands commercial systems.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Selfâdriven, selfâmotivated, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastâpaced environment.
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others.
- Excellent IT skills and experience of Microsoft/Google tools would be an advantage.
- Experience with CRM software, Google Workspace, Microsoft office and proficiency in product management tools and software.
