Carrier now has an opportunity for a Sales Engineer based ideally in London / South East. You will form part of our Applied sales team and the main goal of this role is to develop new business and grow sales.
What will I be doing as a Sales Engineer?
- Develop specification sales in South East England for the Carrier range of HVAC equipment including Chillers and Heat Pumps.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow the sales of finished goods as well as related services.
- Grow the Carrier business by implementing a strategy to gain sales through the M&E contractor & Distributor route and specification through the consultant, main Contractors, and end user clients.
- Ensuring regular customer contact; travel will be required.
- Work in conjunction with the current direct sales teams to gain market share and presence within the allocated sales region.
Technical knowledge of HVAC industry, in particular hydronic chilled water and heating applications.
Strong sales background in HVAC dealing with associated installing contractors, M&E’s and/or specification consultants.
Experience of managing your own time and customers, setting targets and monitoring progress.
