- Ensure all systems and records are well maintained with high levels of data entry accuracy.
- Oversee office and administration teams, support accordingly, and conduct monthly mentor sessions.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Be fully conversant and compliant with all environmental health and safety procedures.
- Hold regular team meetings and attend weekly depot meetings.
- Promote the highest standards of customer service and continuous improvement.
