Purpose of the Role

The Aftermarket Support Functions Manager Europe is responsible for structuring, developing, and optimizing all support services related to the Aftermarket business. In this role, he/she oversees key areas such as technical documentation, training, warranty management, customer satisfaction, communications, and inside sales, while supporting the digital transformation of the business. The position plays a critical role in supporting business growth, enhancing the customer experience, and improving the effectiveness of both commercial and operational teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team responsible for Aftermarket support functions across Europe.
  • Identify, design, implement, and develop support services dedicated to the Aftermarket business.
  • Actively contribute to achieving the Business Unit's growth and profitability objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience in services, aftermarket operations, data centers, critical infrastructure, industrial equipment, or technical services environments.
  • Proven experience in creating, developing, and scaling businesses, organizations, or new market segments.
  • Strong track record in managing complex operations with direct customer interface and engagement.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between £76,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
