As a Field Service Technician, you'll be responsible for performing warranty and paid repairs, providing product training to employees and customers, and supporting the sales team in growing their UK sales. We offer a "home" position, starting and ending the day at your location, covering a wide geographic area and customer properties. Driving skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
- Maintain records of performance reports
- Deliver product training to staff and customers
- Deliver best in class Customer Service on-site in residential properties
Requirements:
- ACS Qualified gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory)
- Able to demonstrate technical expertise gained through industry experience
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have a confident and adaptable work style
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients

The annual base salary for this position is £44,761. Factors which may affect pay within this range include skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is entitled to call out payments and overtime.
