We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Wellpointing Installer to join our team based in Wigan, Manchester. This is a field-based role requiring travel to sites across the UK, with regular overnight stays. The ideal candidate will be flexible, safety-conscious, and eager to develop new skills.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Installing Wellpointing Systems and Pumpsets at customer sites UK wide
  • Carry out Jetting Installation of Wellpoints on site
  • Install well pointing and dewatering setups on construction and industrial sites
  • Load, unload, and set up equipment at customer sites
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and materials
  • Work closely with site supervisors and engineers to complete tasks to high standards and tight deadlines
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any faults
  • Complete all tasks in line with site health and safety policies
  • Wear appropriate PPE and ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Participate in daily toolbox talks and site inductions as required
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and site representatives

You’ll have:

  • Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle (essential)
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home for extended periods
  • Basic understanding of health and safety in a construction environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience in groundwork or utilities is advantageous, but not essential
  • No experience is required as training will be provided on safe use of tools and specialist equipment, water jetting and well pointing operations
