About the role
The employee, reporting to the National C&I Technical and Sales Manager, will support the sales team from a technical perspective, analyze customer requests, and offer technical solutions while maintaining communication with the HQ Application Engineering Department. The role also involves identifying new opportunities in the burner segment, managing projects from early stages to delivery, and ensuring project targets are met.
Responsibilities:
- Collect customer application data.
- Prepare offers, including technical configuration, cost estimation, and delivery dates, with support from other departments if needed.
- Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.
- Report KPIs such as win rate and delivery time.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Energy, or similar).
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in similar roles or industries is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills for handling customized products.
- Goal-oriented attitude to contribute to sales targets.
