Carrier Solutions UK (CSUK) now has an opportunity for a Sales Manager, North. You will manage and lead the sales team to maximise market share and increase sales revenue whilst controlling margin.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and support the sales team to grow the CSUK overall business, quoting and selling all DX and VRF products with Toshiba and Carrier brands.
- Build a strong team, business culture and behaviour in the geography of ‘North’ England.
- Identify and develop New Business Opportunities and grow the sales in conjunction with all our sales teams: Specification, Key Accounts.
- Ensure each Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is geographically aligned in the region.
- Whilst managing the team, still maintaining customer interaction with own accounts.
- Effective Management of nominated AC contractor customers for each RSM.
- Target and identify new/potential customers (Installers, M&E, Consultants).
- Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with RSM to ensure alignment of targets and activity.
- Ensure all Direct sales team have full knowledge of process & procedure – RMA, Warranty, Credit Request, Site Services, Proforma Invoices.
Requirements
- Experience of managing sales teams within the HVAC industry.
- Technical knowledge of VRF and split systems.
- Strong sales background in HVAC specifically VRF market dealing with installing contractors & M&E’s.
- Knowledge of HVACR industry.
- UK Driving Licence.
- IT Literate with MS Office skills.
- Good Communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
