This role involves managing and developing a team of outside sales professionals, driving sales through contractor and specification channels, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting using our CRM system. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outside sales professionals across the UK & Ireland. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets. Support specification sales by promoting our brand to consultants, designers, and specifiers in the building services industry. Foster relationships with mechanical and building services contractors. Provide regular, accurate reporting on team activity, pipeline, and market trends to senior leadership. Ensure accurate sales forecasting and effective use of CRM tools for pipeline and performance management. Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, team development, and performance management. Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product management teams to support initiatives. Qualifications Proven sales leadership experience, ideally within HVAC or building services industries. Strong understanding of the contractor and consultant landscape in the UK & Ireland. Excellent leadership and team development skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data reporting.
