Role: Project Manager, Data Centres (UK & Ireland)
Location: London area / South East

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding UKI Data Centre sales team. As Data Centre Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects from initiation to closure to the highest quality standards. Set processes, deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor/summarize progress of project. The role will be focused on the supply, installation and commissioning of Chiller units, CRAH (Computer Room Air Handler) & CDU (Cooling Distribution Units). On-site presence will also be a must during Data Centre commissioning phase to ensure good coordination with all stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and manage all phases of project development including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and quality and develop risk management strategies.
- Meet with clients and relevant stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of one or multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Monitor, track progress and manage changes.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within allocated limits.
- Regular travel to client meetings or Data Centre construction sites will be required.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Proven working experience in a similar role / leading and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent client-facing and strong interpersonal/communication skills with strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or Data Centre and/or constructions sites ecosystem.
- Occasional travels to visit manufacturing facilities will also be appreciated.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably HVAC, construction or a related manufacturing environment.

Pay Range: The annual salary for this position is between £51,500.00-£102,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation: This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
