Graduate Applications Engineer

This person will be reporting to the National C&I Technical and Sales Manager, and will be in charge of supporting the sales team from a technical perspective, analysing customers' special requests and offering technical solutions while maintaining a constant and fruitful dialogue with the HQ Application Engineering Department. They will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities in the new burner segment (turnkey solutions, process sales), managing new projects from early stage to final delivery, ensuring the achievement of the project’s targets.

As an Application Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Collecting the data of the application of the customer.
• Preparing, potentially with the support of other company functions, the offer (technical configuration, cost estimation, delivery date estimation, etc.).
• Providing technical support to the customer and the sales force.
• KPI reporting (win rate, delivery time, etc.).

What we are looking for:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Energy or similar).
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in the role/similar industries would be an asset.
• Interpersonal skills, in order to effectively discuss with other departments, explain the sales office needs and efficiently promote the most important and urgent activities.
• Initiative, to overtake the criticalities which are intrinsic in a process that involves customized products.
• Goal-oriented attitude, to contribute to achieving the results requested by the sales department management.
