As the Operations Administrator, your main duty is to provide administrative service support and to assist in the day-to-day tasks and to ensure customers receive a timely and efficient response to queries.
What will you be doing?
- Prepare, validate, and process customer and carrier invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, credit requests, or disputed charges.
- Maintain detailed financial and billing documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Monitor contract expirations, renewals, and amendments, ensuring timely updates.
- Create and maintain customer and carrier contract records in internal systems.
- Collaborate with Finance to support month-end closing, accruals, and revenue assurance activities.
- Support issue resolution by coordinating with relevant teams and tracking outcomes.
- Monthly review meeting to assist with AR collections by supplying necessary documents to existing customers.
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Have previous experience within an office environment.
- Ideally have familiarity with ERP systems, in particular SAP S/4HANA or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills while under pressure and within tight timescales.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with numerical data and billing details.
- Strong customer-focus with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong collaboration and team integration.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.
