About the role

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of global product programs, managing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Commercial functions. This role has a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining initiatives, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution across the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and sustaining activities.
  • Own NPI and sustaining project delivery, including scope definition, governance, milestones, and readiness reviews.
  • Plan and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks across global teams.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial functions.
  • Provide clear project governance, executive updates, dashboards, and decision forums.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and headwinds with clear mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional global projects.
  • Strong track record delivering NPI and sustaining initiatives.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable / Preferred

  • Experience with Software, Firmware, and/or API-based project delivery.
  • Formal Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar).
  • Experience in industrial, regulated, or complex product environments.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between £42,000.00-£84,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
