Role: Industrial Vertical Director, Europe
Location: Based in the UK, Remote
Contract type: Full time, permanent
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Vertical Director to join our rapidly expanding European strategic sales team. You will be responsible for defining and leading the Industrial Vertical strategy across Europe to develop new lines of business and grow market share for CHVAC Applied Sales. Acts as the senior Carrier Applied SME and leader for the Industrial Vertical across key sectors including Pharma, Automotive, Food & Beverage and Semiconductor Manufacturing. Works as a strategic partner and advisor with key clients and internal stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities across the full industrial ecosystem, including end users, consultants, installers, OEMs and EPCs.
What will you be doing?
- Define and lead the European Industrial Vertical strategy, ensuring alignment with Carrier growth objectives
- Lead development of pan-European key accounts and strategic customers
- Translate strategic priorities into executable plans across countries
- Drive consistent deployment of the vertical model across regions
- Be accountable for vertical pipeline development and order intake across Europe
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health and conversion, and implement actions to improve results
- Lead and coordinate a network of Industry Vertical Managers and Key Account Managers across Europe
- Provide direction, priorities, and targets for the vertical organisation
- Act as central interface across Sales, Product, Marketing and Service teams
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven working experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience in strategic account management and B2B sales
- Skilled in value-based selling in a complex B2B environment
- Ideally have knowledge of HVAC systems
- Proven ability to develop senior C-level relationships
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and business tools
- IT literate.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between £62,500.00-£125,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
