About the role

The role is part of Riello & Vokèra (Carrier\’s company), a leading heating manufacturer with a product portfolio that includes domestic and light commercial gas boilers.

The main aim of this role is to service, repair, and maintain all Vokèra boilers and associated equipment installed in customers\’ premises.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, general repair/maintenance, and attending breakdowns of Vokèra boilers/water heaters and associated equipment.
• Carrying out all general gas works in customers’ premises, including fault diagnosis and repair of modern and traditional boilers, and repairs to central heating control systems.
• Communicating with customers to explain the correct operation of gas boilers and controls, and the importance of regular servicing and fault diagnosis.

Minimum Requirements

• Full ACS Qualification: CCN1, CEN1, WAT1 & LPG (for permanent dwellings)
• G3 Unvented Hot Water Qualification
• Previous experience in domestic heating service
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
• Ability to work well in a team, proactive, positive attitude
• Valid UK driving license
• Basic administrative skills
