Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week (with flexibility to cover care calls when needed and On Call duties). Please note: We operate 7 days a week, so this is not a typical Monday – Friday, 9-5 role. A day off during the week is given if covering weekends.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our friendly office team. You'll be the vital link between our clients and care team – ensuring schedules run smoothly, care plans are followed, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage and adjust rotas to ensure care coverage.
- Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to arrange services.
- Match care staff to clients to maintain continuity of care.
- Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day coordination tasks.
- Participate in the on-call rota and cover care visits if needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a care coordination or similar role (essential).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of domiciliary care regulations and expectations.
- Confident using care systems and managing rotas.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Business Class 1 insurance (must include transporting clients).
- Willingness to work flexibly and cover care calls as required.
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care (minimum).
