Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week (with flexibility to cover care calls when needed and On Call duties). Please note: We operate 7 days a week, so this is not a typical Monday – Friday, 9-5 role. A day off during the week is given if covering weekends. As an experienced Care Coordinator, you will already understand the need for this flexibility.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our friendly office team. You’ll be the vital link between our clients and care team – ensuring schedules run smoothly, care plans are followed, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and adjust rotas to ensure care coverage.
- Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to arrange services.
- Match care staff to clients to maintain continuity of care.
- Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day coordination tasks.
- Participate in the on-call rota and cover care visits if needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a care coordination or similar role (essential).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of domiciliary care regulations and expectations.
- Confident using care systems and managing rotas.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Business Class 1 insurance (must include transporting clients).
- Willingness to work flexibly and cover care calls as required.
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care (minimum).
