This is a permanent role offering full-time stability for HGV Class 1 drivers who will be responsible for RDC deliveries.
This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering palletised goods to regional distribution centres across England and Wales
- Collecting palletised stock from local/regional suppliers
- Trunking stock to and from other Culina group sites
- Driving for top-tier clients with limited handball
- Occasionally sleeping overnight in a vehicle (with generous allowances)
Qualifications
- Valid C+E Licence.
- Current valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
- Minimum 6 months’ HGV Class 1 driving experience preferred.
- Live within a 30-mile commutable distance of the site (BS11 0YH).
- Newly qualified Class 1 drivers will be considered if you show the right attitude and willingness to learn, and have previous experience driving large vehicles.
- No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DD or DR code convictions.
- Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive legislation.
- Ability to complete vehicle checks and report defects correctly.
- Commitment to on-site health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.

On top of a permanent, full-time role with guaranteed hours, our drivers also have the opportunity to boost their earning potential through a range of additional premiums and rewards, including:

- £10 per shift (starts between 12:00-19:59)
- £15 per shift (starts between 20:00-03:59)
