Join a dynamic front office team at a top-tier international bank, specialising in project finance within the digital infrastructure sector. We are seeking a commercially minded and technically strong Project Finance Modeller to support origination and execution of complex transactions across data centres, fibre, towers, and related assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, audit, and maintain sophisticated financial models for project finance transactions
• Work closely with deal teams on structuring, due diligence, and credit analysis
• Support origination efforts through market research, pitch materials, and client interaction
• Engage with lenders, advisors, and sponsors throughout the deal process

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in project finance or infrastructure modelling
• Strong Excel/VBA modelling skills; knowledge of digital infrastructure is a plus
