We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our clients Funds Finance Execution team. This role focuses on the execution of complex fund finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on subscription lines, NAV facilities, and hybrid structures. The successful candidate will hold delegated credit authority, enabling them to lead transactions end-to-end and make credit decisions within approved limits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of fund finance transactions, including subscription credit facilities, NAV loans, and hybrid structures.
  • Analyse fund structures, investor bases, and underlying asset portfolios to assess creditworthiness.
  • Prepare and present credit papers to internal committees, exercising delegated credit authority where applicable.
  • Structure financing solutions tailored to private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure funds.
  • Negotiate key legal and commercial terms with sponsors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage transaction timelines from origination through to closing, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with fund sponsors, investors, and internal coverage teams.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and compliance with credit terms post-closing.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
