A leading international bank is growing its Transaction Banking business across EMEA and is seeking a VP, Channel Management to help shape the future of its digital cash management offering.

The role involves leading the development and enhancement of client channels including online banking, host-to-host, SWIFT and APIs, driving digital transformation and seamless customer experiences. You will work closely with product, technology, risk, operations and sales teams globally, managing channel performance, prioritising enhancements, and supporting delivery from design through to rollout.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and evolve digital channel strategy and roadmap
  • Drive platform improvements, automation and client experience
  • Manage stakeholder collaboration across regions and functions
  • Oversee performance, controls and regulatory compliance
  • Support product rollouts, testing and client communications

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in transaction banking / cash management
  • Strong knowledge of payments (SEPA, SWIFT, UK schemes etc.)
  • Understanding of ISO 20022, PSD2, and regulatory frameworks
